Happy People Dancing on Planet Earth

A friend of mine passed this video along to me. Apparently this guy has made something of a name for himself going around the world and filming himself doing a goofy happy dance in each corner of the globe. And in this outting, he's joined by people from all over the world. It put a smile on my face, and I thought you all might enjoy it too.

That is pretty cool. I kept thinking he'd change the dance!

hey guys! thanks for coming by. :)

tracy, i also thought that maybe the dance would change but it seems that it is his own personal 'happy dance' style. I did love seeing the joy and exuberance of the groups of people around the world jumping and dancing and laughing tho.

carrie, it's like i have a second job. heh. i spent over 12 hours there yesterday, will be there today from noon till probably 10pm. Next week, every night from the time i get off work till we finish. And I got my vacation time approved, so I will be in 100% for the week prior to e-day as well as nov 1-4. Leave it all on the field, right? :) hope it's going well for you too.

az, I'm so glad that you enjoyed the video. I have been playing it in the background while I do other things because the song really energizes me. *g*

Sula, if you can, check out his site. There is an interview with him linked somewhere there which says so much about his feelings about humanity around the globe, about hope, etc.

On the political front: I've been replaying Colin Powell's endorsement of Senator Obama (from the meet the press link on msnbc.com) and cheering each time.

Now if only HE were one of the candidates, that's be my vote regardless of party or ticket.

A little late, but the video is great. Made me smile and all happy, if not slightly wistful. :) Less than 2 weeks!!!!
